Stunning location and very amiable and exceptionally attentive staff where a definite plus. City Bowl district was worth exploring.

The room was clean with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee maker, and a sitting area.

Excellent and amicable staff, BRILLIANT location just next door to hiking, Bree Street and Kloof Street which offers a multitude of excellent restaurant and cafés, and the city centre. Also, in a very quiet area.

the venue had brilliantly friendly and affable staff who made the stay superb. location: the hotel was near dining spots, kloof street and most attractions. i tried some drinks at bar rafikis restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away.

I will come back, truly enjoyed coffee, croissants, bread, and fruit early in the morning. It offers welcoming service

We loved the hotel's location in a very quiet area, ensuring a good night's sleep. Transportation was easy, as the city center is easily reachable by taxi. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and staff were attentive to our needs. The breakfast served was fresh and tasty.

What a fantastic experience we had during our New Year's stay! The design and attention to detail of the room was truly impressive, from the quality of the bed linen to the smaller touches like the décor. The location was perfect, being in a quiet neighborhood while still offering quick and easy access to the main street and popular attractions like Table Mountain and Lion's Head. We especially enjoyed taking a dip in the pool on warmer days, and loved the stunning views of the city that it offered.

While there were many aspects of our stay that we loved, the breakfast service could use some improvement. Although the hot meal was perfectly prepared, we found ourselves having to figure out which other options were available to us without any guidance from the staff.

Some of the rooms have little natural light due to the window shades, so the lighting can be a bit dark.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the comfortable bed and the beautiful decorations in the room. The bed made me feel cozy and relaxed after a long day exploring. The decorations added a festive touch to the atmosphere, making it feel like a true holiday getaway. the location was great as it was close to key attractions and amenities. It was convenient to have everything within reach without having to travel far. Lastly, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, allowing me to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room had a slight odor, possibly due to the rainy weather. It was a bit off-putting, but luckily it didn't persist throughout my entire stay.

The setting and atmosphere upon arrival was exquisite, with fragrant flowers all around. The room service was excellent, with plenty of water and a chocolate treat each day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to access a room long after checkout to shower before leaving.

Sometimes there were noisy neighbors, especially when the wooden stairs outside the room were used. The cleanliness of the rooms was a disappointment, with dirty floors and unclean bathrooms.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, moving around was easy and restaurants were close by. The decor is stylish, and the music played softly in the background was superb.

Sadly, the room was a bit cramped, with a small bathroom and low pillows that weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and I had a hard time getting the right temperature.

I had such a delightful stay at this luxurious guest house. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and filled with natural light.
